Pros
  • Using TopDesk is easy, getting other teams up and functioning using it is easy, and managing it is easy too.

Nice multipurpose software

Topdesk has been outstanding at; consolidating several systems we worked with throughout the group into a single source for all our IT Support requirements. Also, we’re extensively building on these great features; the ability to have a self-service portal and knowledge bases. Finally, we had very good, modest, and direct implementation. Post implementation issues didn’t arise at all.
