Overall, our experience with Web Help Desk was positive. It was user-friendly and provided us with many tools to efficiently handle our daily Help Desk tasks, such as ticket logging, working, and resolution. While we didn't personally encounter any customer service problems, some coworkers did report issues in that area. Additionally, the duplicates in asset tracking and management caused problems that needed to be addressed
