Simplified Installation and Seamless Integration

SolarWinds Take Control serves as a backup for our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution's remote connections. It is a cost-effective addition to our RMM expenses, with pricing based on technician count rather than unit endpoints.

  • The installation process is flawless for end users, offering a straightforward setup and seamless integration
  • SolarWinds Take Control provides all the expected controls, including file transfer, terminal window, Wake-on-LAN (WOL), and multi-display compatibility
  • It stands out as the best service we've encountered for Mac devices, and its ease of installation is unmatched.
  • Recently, we've encountered issues during Windows updates that occasionally require users to restart their computers to restore Take Control service functionality

Satisfied & Happy

Overall, our experience with Web Help Desk was positive. It was user-friendly and provided us with many tools to efficiently handle our daily Help Desk tasks, such as ticket logging, working, and resolution. While we didn't personally encounter any customer service problems, some coworkers did report issues in that area. Additionally, the duplicates in asset tracking and management caused problems that needed to be addressed

  • The easy and multiple ways to find tickets (open or closed) were very convenient
  • I appreciated the advanced search options and the ability to attach images and documents to each comment
  • Being able to edit individual comments was also a great feature.
  • We encountered some issues with asset management and customer support.
