This software has been exceptional
It appears clean and modern, navigating it is simple and it has extremely clean buttons (all).
The Max Dialer has no statistics
It works superbly. I am very happy with it.
Transferring calls while on hold and adding custom sounds would be great.
Using a single interface, I can keep all my client service staff occupied thanks to InContact. Switching between phone calls, emails, and chats is seamless. Altering the priorities per agent/per contact method to balance our workload while keeping agents engaged and contact times low is easy.
The interface is easy, inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, etc.
In some instances, a softphone program is needed
It allows us to take calls we want to. Easily accessible and manageable app. Caller information is displayed which is something great.
It failed to integrate with our case management platform so the calls are not transferred correctly.
