Simple & Easy to use! Should improve clock in & out

Overall, Vonage is a great solution for small and medium businesses. It is reliable and affordable, and the smartphone app makes it easy to manage your business communications from anywhere. The only downside is that third-party integrations may not be as seamless as you would like

  • While there are many 3rd party apps that claim to integrate with Vonage, we didn't have the best experience with them.
  • Although they weren't critical to our business, it would be nice to see better integration with popular CRMs like ZohoCRM or Connectwise.

Works well, great value

I was in search of an inbound number for my business that would be separate from my personal mobile number. After considering various virtual numbers, I settled on Vonage because of its comprehensive offering for just £9 per month. With Vonage, I now have a dedicated work phone system that comes with advanced call management features, and even its own version of Zoom (which I haven't fully tested yet). The system offers great value and can be scaled as the business grows.

  • The system provides a choice of local numbers, a convenient app that can be used on multiple devices (such as desktop and mobile), and a wide range of options for managing calls and conducting conferences, all included in the package.
  • Setting up the system was a bit challenging due to the unintuitive dashboard, but once I got the hang of it, the process was straightforward.
