The audio connections is at times problematic.

The first learning timeline can be misleading if you’re not conversant with the layout of CUCM.
Recorded lines is extremely helpful in my job. Being able to deal with complaints effectively is a big part of a business.
I love how you can easily pull calls by logging in and look through the logs. It also has a Bluetooth feature, which can be used to transfer calls quickly.You can also set different ring tones for each individual on your phone.
It relies too much on your wi-fi. You can only go as far as 3 months for recorded calls.
