My experience with Zendesk is superb!

More than happy with Zendesk. Nice app supported by friendly people.

Pros
  • A great app with a lot of qualities.
  • Intuitive with minimum training required.
Cons
  • Navigation is not that easy.
  • Though support will help you learn this thoroughly it needs some time.
