Unified Communications Manager: Previously called the CallManager, this is call control platform that offers all full control on the phone system. The platform is scalable up to 40,000 users and is a great fit for large enterprises with multiple locations.

Unified Communications Manager Express: this solution fits smaller businesses (up to 450 users), it is customizable, affordable and scalable. This solution offers localized call control, mobility, and conferencing, all features needed by growing businesses.

Business Edition 6000 and 7000: These solutions offer all the features a business need to communicate: voice and video, conferencing, instant messaging, mobile, contact center and more. Business Edition 7000 is for companies with 1,000 employees or more. The 6000 is for businesses with up to 300 users.

Expressway Series: This gateway enables secure communication without connecting to a VPN, it works with any of the Cisco solutions. It offers a higher level of security and lets businesses communicate with outside partners and resources without worries.

Jabber: Jabber makes video conferencing easy. Jabber can work between employees; Jabber Guest opens video calls to customers and clients. Jabber works on iPhone and Android, as well as Windows and Mac.

WebEx: Cisco’s WebEx provides high-definition video and audio virtual meetings. It works on desktops and laptops, iPhones, iPads, Android devices, Windows phones, and Blackberrys.

  • Extremely great TAC support, has numerous features, finding support is simple, very flexible, cluster mode, and very firm.

  • Lacks some features, monitoring included is minimal and you have to purchase third-party tools, and its value for money is not very good because it’s not complete with monitoring or even simple to use the platform to develop phones.
