If you plan well, prepare with testing and training and stay focused on what is important, this will become your best solution for everything business. A great software solution if you can afford it.

Pros
  • The software is great and with all the combinations and possibilities that it offers, it is almost limitless what you can do with it on board
  • Yet, you have to determine what your needs are, and exactly how you can benefit the most from using this solution or set of solutions
  • If you cannot identify your needs or determine your direction with clarity, then you’ll be responsible for all that happens
  • The fact is that the system won’t let you go too wrong
  • Yet, you can only get the best results out of focused efforts
  • So, what’s great it hat if you can learn how it will help you before using it, and install and configure everything in line with your goals, you will get the desired outcome.
Cons
  • The capacity to customize comes with the possibilities of complicating things
  • That is why, some users, at least initially, complain about being confused or not understanding it well
  • It is a matter of getting used to things, like most systems
  • Not everything is intuitive but that is hard to achieve when there is so much complexity and so many angles must be covered.
