Totally love Kareo!

Our overall experience with Kareo Billing has been positive. We are better able to track A/R and able to review our billing trends.

Pros
  • Kareo is easy to learn and use.
  • The onboarding team at Kareo was helpful in teaching us how to set up the software and how to get the most out of it.
  • The variety of reports available is great.
  • The user-friendly homepage summarizes claims that need to be reviewed, long outstanding claims, and patient statements that need to be sent.
Cons
  • We use Kareo for billing durable medical equipment claims and posting insurance and patient payments.
  • There is nothing that I feel needs to be improved about the software.
  • It is great for what we use it for.
