It is quite difficult to generate reports, the options are very many, nailing down a few parts wanted in a report is hard, a time consuming customization process, and subpar client service.
You feel blessed when you find something valuable that helps you a lot in your business. It not only lets you get paid for the work you do but also facilitates you keep going forward. The support is also of great help to all when someone gets stuck somewhere.
