The low administrative overhead due to their support model sets IS2 apart from similar products. The activity capture feature outperforms SF Inbox.

Like most platforms of this nature, IS2 isn't a plug-and-play solution. Implementing it may reveal discrepancies in your processes that can affect your data quality.

One of the best features of IS is its powerful out-of-the-box analytics. Previously, the reviewer used Salesforce for day-to-day reporting, but found that creating custom reports took a lot of time and effort.
