Our Customer Success Manager is excellent and has been incredibly supportive. They have helped us create board meeting slides from the dashboards and have been responsive to our requirements, even during fire drills.

  • The main problem we are solving with this product is the need to always know the answer to the question "do we have enough." This question involves metrics such as leads (MQLs), opportunities created, pipeline, and bookings by month.
  • IS2 can quickly tell us if we are pacing correctly.
  • If we are not, we need to take corrective action to meet our booking goals.
  • Additionally, it helps us to see if our plan assumptions are correct for each KPI, such as average deal size, deal velocity, and win rate.
  • By reviewing the data, we can determine what areas need improvement in our GTM execution, including sales process, methodologies, coaching, headcount, org.
  • design, and territory design.

I'm a fan

I am able to track deals and engagement, as well as gain visibility into my pipeline health and forecasting processes. Overall, I have realized many benefits from using this product, including greater efficiency in my workflow and improved decision-making capabilities.

  • In my experience with this product, I found it to be very flexible and easy to set up, which allowed me to get started quickly.
  • I appreciate that the system was able to accomplish everything I wanted to achieve.
  • Additionally, the onboarding team was excellent to work with, providing me with great support during the implementation process.
  • Some of the forecasting features took a bit of getting used to.
  • There were nuances to how the system tracks engagement and deal statuses that I had to learn.
