Those who do not want to install the software they have a web version of LifeCloud service via Google Chrome. But this becomes a drawback when inviting other users. Lifesize should make improvements to facilitate other users.

Staff are quite slow in adopting the online app, the system doesn’t always appear to have the power to keep private cell phone data, the online app is quite hard-some training is needed to understand the language in the system, how items are labelled, and the steps to accessing to, e.g., the staff directory
