FreshPing has become a tool for me in automatically monitoring my website. I'm particularly impressed with the comprehensive reports it provides, as well as its swift alert system for notifying me of any downtime.

It not only notifies me of potential problems but also provides insights into what might be causing them and suggests potential solutions.

I wish it offered even more detailed reports.

After adopting Zendesk, I found myself more productive and active. Price is affordable and the user interface is awesome.

Customer service is a bit slow. Customization features are also very limited.
