Copper is a feature-rich CRM program that receives frequent updates. It facilitates client communication and organizational maintenance for businesses. Though I wish it could connect files to tasks, all in all, I heartily recommend it.

The aspect I appreciate the most about this product is its outstanding integration with Google. I have found it to be very reliable, and I particularly enjoy the recent updates that have been introduced.
Searching across different databases is not intuitive. Additionally, I have been frustrated by the inability to make mass changes to leads. It would be greatly beneficial to me if the tagging system were more robust.

Flexible, a nice development model if you personally want to host the CRM, almost all can be extended in PHP, the cost is lower compared to Salesforce.
