A very productive CRM

General Comments: For a free IOS and Android app, it really is amazing for promoting groups. We like the overall package that it is.

Pros
  • I like the Sugar bolster
  • The reports and dashboards are excellent
  • There is so much good functionality
  • If offers more adaptability and better planning tools than many other options in the market.
Cons
  • The advertising pages are so-so
  • The email tool for promotion still can be improved
  • The user interface can also be made more intuitive.
