  • I have found that the interface for setting up accounts/clients is confusing
  • If I am trying to use an umbrella account that houses multiple clients, it can get very confusing as to where I am in the process
  • I have had to contact Call Rail to activate and deactivate accounts and refund charges for accounts that weren't supposed to be live because the platform was not intuitive and set up incorrectly.

CallRail is a great tool for gaining insights into lead generation and customer experience.

Provides invaluable insight into how our marketing leads are handled by our customer team.

I am using this product to allow my clients to understand how advertising benefits call volume and listen to recorded messages for viable leads. The benefits I have realized include being able to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and identifying potential leads for my clients.

I find it easy to listen to recorded calls and set up new numbers using this product.

I have found that the interface for setting up accounts/clients is confusing. You can do your work well using MiCloud, what's more; it is easy to use.

Even the novice to the systems can use MiCloud Business with ease. Besides, it does provide the functionality to get the work done as needed. Everyone who needs such an application, I strongly recommend this product to them.

It can be slow to load and for some people's liking, wish it were faster!
