When I'm not in the office, I enjoy that I can have calls routed to my cell, and when I call clients from the app, our office number is displayed rather than my cell. It is simple to use and has excellent audio quality. The login information is also simple to understand. After every meeting, I was able to turn my camera on and off due to the contact center's wonderful assistance. Still I've had some trouble, getting my camera to shut off after a meeting.
