Embracing Change with Vonage

The technical setup, while challenging, was effectively navigated with the support of the Vonage IT Team, who demonstrated professionalism and dedication. The Marketing Specialist, though knowledgeable and helpful, encountered a minor hiccup in managing over-promises, leading to a referral to the IT department for resolution.

Pros
  • We can now enjoy numerous features, including the ability to see all our calls, block telemarketers, manage call acceptance and rejection, receive virtual faxes, and utilize virtual attendants, among many other enhancements.
Cons
  • While the IT Team was exceptionally helpful and professional, the complexity of the setup may be a potential hurdle for users not well-versed in technical aspects

Entering our second year with Vonage Business, our overall experience has been great, and we continue to appreciate the numerous benefits the platform offers. The combination of functionality, customer support, and cost-effectiveness makes Vonage a standout choice for our communication needs.

Pros
  • The spam feature adds an extra layer of convenience, allowing us to identify and avoid irritating spam calls
  • Customer support has been consistently excellent.
Cons
  • Inability to pick up a call anywhere in the office by parking it; instead, we must transfer it
  • This nuance could be improved for a more streamlined communication experience within the office environment.
