  • I am not very happy with this program
  • Setting up your ACD Queues and deciding what phone will be recorded is very easy.
  • It is such a great app that no con can be spotted in it easily.

Awesome for small businesses

Our business progress at about 20% each year due to full time availability and being accessible to our customers has helped them and their general experience.

  • It lets me operate my business from anyplace my cell phone operates, we’ve been able to capture more work and develop our moving business due to the ability to sort out via calls and direct calls to disparate staff during the weekends.
  • Extremely irregular, the calls that we require recorded don't function.
