The phones are very easy to use, and if there is ever an issue their support team is quick to respond.
We switched VOIP providers from Star2Star to Panterra as soon as our contract ended due to numerous issues with customer service, trying to obtain recordings, etc. The pricing from Panterra was much lower than we had with our other provider as well. The only thing that made me nervous was not having a tech on site during install day, but they assured us they would be there for us and they were. We are a call center doing collections work so we absolutely have to have recordings
for QA and for legal reasons.
I highly recommend Panterra if you need a VOIP provider. Our entire system, collections software, dialer, and Panterra is cloud-based. During the recent hurricane, we dodged a bullet in Tampa. However, had we lost everything, we could be up and running with just PCs and Internet at a remote location.
