Impressive and user-friendly

I am very impressed by the program because it has a set of beneficial functions that can help simplify my work. Definitely a must-have!

Pros
  • The best part about TalkDesk is its functions that let me reach out to customers quickly
  • As someone who is working in customer service for 8 hours a day, this is probably the most crucial feature that a product like this should have
  • TalkDesk also can let you find previous calls quickly with just two clicks
  • All you have to do is type the number, wait for the page to take you to a different site, and you’re good to go
  • This function is particularly helpful, especially when you’re trying to finding a critical call you’ve had from weeks, months, or even years ago
  • The on-hold tool is convenient as well.
Cons
  • I don’t have any complaints about this product
  • Yes, there are minor glitches from time to time, but they’re not that serious nor frustrating.
