Pipedrive - A CRM with Unlimited capabilities

I do have a great experience with Pipedrive. It allows me to cut short my workflow according to the priorities. The whole team can start tracking, and identifying the next actions are provided by it.

Pros
  • I love its simplicity and performance
  • It can manage accounts and deals
  • Customization is awesome
  • The user interface is attractive and easy
  • The reporting feature is also excellent
  • Taking notes and assigning tasks is superb.
Cons
  • Improvement is needed in the ability to distribute meeting notes, enhanced search, and limited search of titles.
