Result driven & powerful

Before adopting Creatio, our company did not have any software for case management or process automation. Implementing Creatio helped us optimize our internal customer service operations. The system offers case categorization capabilities and omnichannel communication options, which expedite case processing. By simplifying cross-departmental collaboration, Creatio has streamlined several internal processes and accelerated our workflows.

  • I appreciate that Creatio goes beyond just being a CRM tool
  • It is a comprehensive platform with robust process management features that allow for quick creation of necessary workflows.
  • Like any other software, minor issues can arise
  • However, the support team at Creatio is prompt and efficient in resolving them.

Great product

Creatio has helped us to create more automation and workflows for our CRM and marketing, without needing technical knowledge. This has saved us time and increased efficiency, helping us to transition from using our CRM as a system of record to more of a workflow enabler

  • One of the best things about Creatio is that it allows our business users to create customized workflows without needing technical knowledge
  • This has enabled us to replace our old CRM and marketing automation solutions with a single platform, providing us with one source of truth for our data.
  • The only issue we faced was that the integration with one of our sales data vendors was not available in the Creatio marketplace
  • However, Creatio built a custom integration for us, which was great.
