  • Ability to trace my opportunities via the sales cycle, promptly view all communications and tasks, and clients most recent social media posts prior to following up on a call with them, and the Group Messenger aspect lets you to send mails to a group- which is extremely useful.

  • Knowing who received a group message without tagging the personal customer record and sort them out with reports is quite hard.

  • Also, it's not possible to view activity on emails in the customer record.

  • Terrible client support and when I attempted to send emails to many contacts, it never synced well leading to creation of a conversion as it send the emails to everybody.

  • I can view other social media from a contact once it is added to Nimble, seeing if the contacts interest is similar to mine is possible thanks to Nimble prospector.
