Reliable CRM Solution, Yet Not Exceptional

With its clear and user-friendly interface, Nimble helps our small business run smoothly by providing helpful toggles and filters for effective lead handling. Nevertheless, several integrations like, the social media tracker frequently break, which reduces the value that was initially promised. In contrast to rivals such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Nimble does not have many native integrations. Even while it works well for our current size, unless these problems are fixed and new features are added, it might not grow with our business as it does. Although Nimble satisfies our demands for the time being, we're keeping an eye out for options for our future CRM needs.
