The worse experience With this company, They Love you while you on the proses of signing the contract for 3 years, And they stop answering their phone after you sign the contract, they ignore my phone calls and emails for over 2 weeks, And they get you a third party ( Bank ) for the total amount and they never tell you that, The GPS unit don't do what they said that will do, I have one vehicle involved in an accident, And I call and stayed on the phone with The sales person's Boss for 30 minutes and he was not able to pull the video, At the end he told me that the GPS was not properly installed, And was not true, At that time After the facts he told me that they do Training and installation, But that was something that they never even mentioned when I started to have a phone calls conversation with the sales Person, So I told him that I want to cancel the contract and he told me that it was not possible, And he hang up the phone on me.
During the 2 weeks after I sign the contract I called and email many times times to discuss many issues including that the app kits you out every time you are trying to look up the vehicles location, And even on the Computer. So At the end I am offering to leave half of the amount from the total amount due for the duration of the contract ( 3 years ) And I will cover the other half of the Amount, But they refused to process the payment with the credit card on file, Stating that they don't want to take a risk, After that are keeping over $3 K for providing my company with no service. I am so frustrated that not only getting free money for nothing but not the rep. wants to doit his way. Or nothing.
The Worse Company to work with. They deserve 0 Stars but there's not option....
I had a bad experience with the phone system. This company operated in an extremely non-progressive and complacent manner.
