Helps me be more efficient and productive

Although not perfect, this program has definitely helped us be more efficient with our works and provide better quality services to our customers.

Pros
  • There are many things to love about this product
  • But one of its most significant advantages is that it helps the entire workforce of our team
  • This program also can receive calls quickly and review them after
  • It also helps our call centre agents to track their time and make sure everything is accurate.
Cons
  • There have been times when the customer’s profile won’t show up automatically on the screen even if they already called you
  • The system also lags whenever call-queueing starts.
