Stunning Support with Splendid Service

Pros
  • Before deciding to switch to Alliance Phones we were facing a lot of problems with our previous phone system
  • The provider asked us to change the router as we were suffering from poor voice quality and call-droppings
  • At that point, we decided to change our services and go for Alliance Phones
  • Their team worked exclusively and quickly to solve our issues within 2 minutes
  • They did something with our existing router telling us about an option being there
  • Since then, we didn’t face any kind of issues though we didn’t install or change anything in our office
  • Thank you!.
Cons
  • Though I know it takes at least 10 working days for transferring phone numbers from one service provider to another, I want this to be doine asap.
