It works for people offering remote services.

Pros
  • Despite some minor issues with a connection at times, the call always seems to maintain good sound quality
  • I feel that my 8x8 phone performs better than my mobile phone which depends on the reception quality too much at times
  • I like the service I am receiving from my 8x8 connection and intend to keep using it for now
  • The mobile app is very helpful as it makes it possible for me to work from home
  • My clients get the impression that I am calling them from the office and I usually don’t have to leave home to connect with them
  • Generally, I am pleased with the is service and even amazed at times.
Cons
  • The mobile app can sometimes get overridden, and I know that since I have experienced that on different mobile phones
  • If you are using another program, 8x8 calls may come but one might not know until you see the missed calls upon checking
  • Also, the website needs an overhaul
  • It appears to be out-of-date
  • The desktop application has some data access issues also that can be addressed, but mostly an old look that should be renewed.
