Solution Features

Ooma Office leverages your business’s high-speed Internet connection to deliver superior phone service to small businesses at a very low cost. The solution utilizes pre-existing onsite hardware combined with cloud computing technology to deliver highly advanced features and excellent service to its customers. The two-step setup doesn’t take more than 20 minutes.

  • No Additional Equipment: Ooma uses your business’s Internet connection, so there’s no need for infrastructure investment. Ooma works on your standard phones and doesn’t require special IP phones.
  • Feature-rich:  Ooma provides a big business look to even small businesses through features such as virtual receptionist, conferencing, extension dialing, music on hold and others. With Ooma it is easy to transfer calls and set up call receiving rules for during and after business hours.
  • HD Voice: Ooma provides advanced voice compression that reduces bandwidth use by 60% compared to standard VoIP technology. Ooma then prioritizes this bandwidth to ensure no voice packets are lost and to ensure the highest voice quality.
