The customer service was outstanding, and the software is very user-friendly. Customer Care was pleasant, informative, and attentive to my unique question. They eventually found a solution, which gave me the confidence to join up. My only small recommendation is that the platform's visual design might use some polish.

Flexible, a nice development model if you personally want to host the CRM, almost all can be extended in PHP, the cost is lower compared to Salesforce.
