This cost-effective solution has met our communication needs efficiently, enabling us to focus on our core business activities. From IVR and voicemail to voicemail-to-text, fax, and a toll-free number, it provides everything I need at an unbeatable price.
At $10 per month, it provides an extensive range of functions that make it a cost-effective choice.
Enhancements to the mobile app would greatly improve the overall user experience.
After using numerous PBX brands, I finally concluded that the simplest PBX with great performance that you can get is Digium Switchvox.
Simple to use, has a familiar interface, and simple to regulate and configure.
Limited advanced actions in the software’s IVR menu
I originally loved Phone.com due to its flexibility in creating custom messages and phone tree queues. However, there are some cons with this product such as horrible customer dashboard, it’s not clear as you send faxes using the system, it’s not possible to login to the account and see the saved fax and send it again, and many other cons.
Great creation of custom messages and phone queue.
Horrible UI, impossible to resend a fax via the dashboard, numerous error messages when using their preferred browser-Chrome, and complete (50/50) failure rate on faxes thus, majority have to be send at least a second time.
It put our phone system online and lets you administer messages and calls from anyplace in the world.
It lets you to link to your phone online, ability to set up your out of office messages from your phone through your computer, forward, transfer and even park calls through the online app, ability to listen to your voicemail via the online app and see your corporation directory there too.
Staff are quite slow in adopting the online app, the system doesn’t always appear to have the power to keep private cell phone data, the online app is quite hard-some training is needed to understand the language in the system, how items are labelled, and the steps to accessing to, e.g., the staff directory
