Unfortunate Experience with Phone.com

Rather than solving problems, the product created them. The anticipated benefits of using Phone.com were unfortunately not realized, resulting in a frustrating and counterproductive experience.

  • There's no positive aspect to highlight from my 2-month experience with Phone.com.
Cons
  • The service proved to be ineffective and of poor quality, prompting me to discontinue its use
  • The overall experience was not just unhelpful; it reached the point where customers were hanging up, leading to a significant negative impact on communication.
