    I never met such a nice person as was on Broadvoice customer support center has. It was wonderful talking to her. She was patient, friendly and very very cooperative. I just recorded one query of mine and she came with resolution within a wink of an eye. I will receive two guest phones and one purchased phone in a few days, a tech will call me upon arrival. That's easy it is. I hope their service will be the same in the coming years as it is the biggest reason for their growth.

    The app itself is good which you can use on your phone or for forwarding office calls to your cell phone but when there’s an issue and you need to call the customer support, to your disappointment they behave miserably.

    The customer support can not fix any problem and are very rude all the time. I hate their customer service.
