I never met such a nice person as was on Broadvoice customer support center has. It was wonderful talking to her. She was patient, friendly and very very cooperative. I just recorded one query of mine and she came with resolution within a wink of an eye. I will receive two guest phones and one purchased phone in a few days, a tech will call me upon arrival. That's easy it is. I hope their service will be the same in the coming years as it is the biggest reason for their growth.
After using numerous PBX brands, I finally concluded that the simplest PBX with great performance that you can get is Digium Switchvox.
Simple to use, has a familiar interface, and simple to regulate and configure.
Limited advanced actions in the software’s IVR menu
The app itself is good which you can use on your phone or for forwarding office calls to your cell phone but when there’s an issue and you need to call the customer support, to your disappointment they behave miserably.
The customer support can not fix any problem and are very rude all the time. I hate their customer service.
It put our phone system online and lets you administer messages and calls from anyplace in the world.
It lets you to link to your phone online, ability to set up your out of office messages from your phone through your computer, forward, transfer and even park calls through the online app, ability to listen to your voicemail via the online app and see your corporation directory there too.
Staff are quite slow in adopting the online app, the system doesn’t always appear to have the power to keep private cell phone data, the online app is quite hard-some training is needed to understand the language in the system, how items are labelled, and the steps to accessing to, e.g., the staff directory
