I never met such a nice person as was on Broadvoice customer support center has. It was wonderful talking to her. She was patient, friendly and very very cooperative. I just recorded one query of mine and she came with resolution within a wink of an eye. I will receive two guest phones and one purchased phone in a few days, a tech will call me upon arrival. That's easy it is. I hope their service will be the same in the coming years as it is the biggest reason for their growth.

Billing is not correct, customer service is not responsive, blocking spam callers feature is missing. Sheer wastage of time and money.

We lately switched to Jive and left all, the issues of call dropping and voice disturbance far behind. My favorite of all the things is their customer service. Every time I spoke to them, they are very supportive and friendly. They let you know what to do in such a simple way which saves you a lot of time.
