Using a single interface, I can keep all my client service staff occupied thanks to InContact. Switching between phone calls, emails, and chats is seamless. Altering the priorities per agent/per contact method to balance our workload while keeping agents engaged and contact times low is easy.

The interface is easy, inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, etc.

In some instances, a softphone program is needed

After using numerous PBX brands, I finally concluded that the simplest PBX with great performance that you can get is Digium Switchvox.

Simple to use, has a familiar interface, and simple to regulate and configure.

It put our phone system online and lets you administer messages and calls from anyplace in the world.

It lets you to link to your phone online, ability to set up your out of office messages from your phone through your computer, forward, transfer and even park calls through the online app, ability to listen to your voicemail via the online app and see your corporation directory there too.
