3CLogic has successfully addressed our main business challenge, which is the rapid implementation of new clients with both phone and ServiceNow case projects. With their support, we have been able to onboard new clients within a matter of days, and any necessary changes can be implemented swiftly, sometimes even within hours or minutes. This agility has greatly benefited our operations and allowed us to deliver prompt and efficient service.

Our long-standing partnership with 3CLogic as our primary phone provider has been excellent. The integration they offer with ServiceNow has proven to be invaluable. Their ability to adapt and grow alongside ServiceNow upgrades has allowed us to maintain a streamlined update process. We have also undertaken several custom projects to align with our clients' specific needs, and 3CLogic has consistently demonstrated responsiveness to our requests and requirements.

While 3CLogic has been reliable and efficient, having additional API options would be desirable to further enhance our integration capabilities.

3C Logic excels in keeping their customers and software up to date with the latest versions. As a result, we rarely encounter any problems, making it difficult to pinpoint specific issues.

3C Logic has been absolutely fantastic for our call center operations. We have extensively evaluated several competitors, and 3C Logic surpasses them all. The user-friendly format makes it easy for our representatives to learn and utilize. The provided analytics are unparalleled, delving deep into the details that contribute to improved business performance. Moreover, their customer support is incredible. They respond promptly, offer willing assistance, and follow up to ensure complete problem resolution.

Be sure to watch the training videos, which are helpful for getting started. Talkdesk is a great option for office settings, offering a more ergonomic alternative to holding the phone to your shoulder while typing.

I particularly enjoy the fact that it is accessible on the computer, as you are already looking at the screen anyway. It is very user-friendly, always available, and streamlines everyday tasks.

There are few negative aspects that come to mind regarding Talkdesk. If anything, I would suggest that the sound of the ringing tone could be improved, with the option for different sounds or tones. Additionally, when multiple calls are coming in, the inability to switch to an away or out of office mode means that calls keep appearing and require rejection, which can become tiresome. Finally, while cordless headphones are not a direct issue with Talkdesk itself, it would be beneficial to have this option available for users.

Having the software functioning took extremely long. Their support team is extremely poor-unreliable, inept, etc.
