3CLogic has successfully addressed our main business challenge, which is the rapid implementation of new clients with both phone and ServiceNow case projects. With their support, we have been able to onboard new clients within a matter of days, and any necessary changes can be implemented swiftly, sometimes even within hours or minutes. This agility has greatly benefited our operations and allowed us to deliver prompt and efficient service.

Their ability to adapt and grow alongside ServiceNow upgrades has allowed us to maintain a streamlined update process. We have also undertaken several custom projects to align with our clients' specific needs, and 3CLogic has consistently demonstrated responsiveness to our requests and requirements.

While 3CLogic has been reliable and efficient, having additional API options would be desirable to further enhance our integration capabilities.
