  • Scalability: The Zultys solution does not involve huge upfront investments. Its pricing model is based on the features and number of users, so companies can start small and scale up as they grow. Similarly, features can be added or removed easily according to business requirements. The solution can support 40,000+ users across multiple locations.
  • Mobility: The Zultys mobile application integrates with smartphones. On-the-go employees can access their office phone and features seamlessly. IM, visual voicemail, office directory, presence and many more features can be used on mobile phones. The office phone network is essentially virtual, so employees can work from anywhere without any problems.
  • Presence and IM: Employees’ and colleagues’ availability is easily accessible. It is easy to know whether someone is in a meeting or out of the office. Quick messages can be sent using the secure instant messaging app.
  • Enterprise-ready: Though Zultys’ solution is tailored for small businesses, its features are on par with any of the PBX solutions designed for large enterprises.

Reliable Outbound Calls

The call quality is consistently good, and the interface, while not exceptional, does the job effectively. Overall, it meets our communication needs.

Pros
  • I appreciate how this software excels in making outgoing calls to borrowers
Cons
  • It took me about two months to discover that having MXIE open on the dashboard is necessary to receive outbound calls, which was a bit frustrating

Intuitive Software

My experience with this software has been very positive. I'm a fan of the advanced control that the admin has over the level of control for various users. The auto dialing and call recording are also welcome benefits.

  • Call recording, auto dialer, permission control.
Cons
  • Multiple bugs when sending out texts.
