Zoho Assist solves various challenges for me. Firstly, during remote client meetings, it enables me to assist them in navigating insurance applications effectively. Furthermore, it serves as a reliable solution for unattended access to my server. This multi-functionality enhances my productivity and provides convenience in both client interactions and server management.

  • Zoho Assist works exceptionally well for screen sharing during meetings, and I also find it incredibly useful for unattended access to our Linux machine, that serves as a print and file server.
  • The client is user-friendly, surpassing the convenience of a VNC client, and the server component is lightweight and efficient.
  • I have no complaints about Zoho Assist.
