User-friendly and easy to implement. I seriously think it's the greatest project planning and management software out there.

I love this software. Yes, it is not perfect, but it does its job very well. I definitely recommend this to project managers who are looking for an excellent program to use.

Pros

There are a lot of things to love about Smartsheet
I like that it’s based in cloud, easy to use, and quick to implement
Smartsheet absolutely helped us when it comes to managing our projects.It’s probably one of the most user-friendly and functional programs I’ve ever used.

Cons

It’s hard to create backups even though it’s an online platform
I hope there’s a way to make the to use
process simpler and faster.
