It is very customizable, we can greatly control the applicant experience and recruiting admin, making alterations on the go is simple thanks to the customizable nature of the software without paying extra fees or engaging the support team, update are periodic, collaboration with other suppliers is great, and their offering is constantly becoming better.
Cons
Learning the slightly clucky reporting tool is quite time consuming.
