Great customer support seems to be happy to help us. Adding or changing things is very easy with the system.

Pros

Unlimited conference call lines is a commendable feature offered by Jive
We have to receive a number of calls out of the office as we host and manage various committees, boards, etc
A nice app on a very reasonable price.

Cons

Though it is very easy to use, it keeps up kicking us out making us login again and again.
