Not so easy to deploy but overall a very good software

Rushing the implementation may result in subpar performance and dissatisfaction.

  • The benefits of being able to write notes, personalize contacts, and grant access to relevant information make the effort worthwhile
  • Take the necessary time for customization and user training to achieve the desired end result

Goldmin is a good sales and marketing CRM

For all our requirements, Goldmine has worked really well over the years.

  • Real-time access to every interaction with clients, associates, and prospects is possible with our small team operating from many offices.
  • Accidentally making many records for one organization is very simple and locating the forgotten name of a person you chatted with a while ago is difficult if you don’t know the exact name of the person or organization.
