Not happy at all!

Our experience with Fluentstream was initially good, but it progressively became less satisfactory and ultimately very disappointing. The company we contracted with in 2015 is not the same anymore.

Pros
  • I do not have any positive points to mention.
Cons
  • Fluentstream was a VOIP service that initially worked well
  • However, over the past year, their service for technical problems, particularly with the call forwarding feature, was poor.

Highly recommended and competitive!

In general, my experience with Fluentstream has been world-class and amazing, starting from the sales process, onboarding, and daily use.

Pros
  • The software provided by Fluentstream is fairly straightforward, similar to most VOIP systems
  • While it may not have the flashy features of Vonage, RingCentral, or 8x8, it offers great cost-effectiveness, and the customer support team has been amazing throughout the selection, implementation, and ongoing use processes.
Cons
  • As for drawbacks, there isn't much to mention
  • Some features may be slightly harder to find compared to larger systems, mainly because Fluentstream is a newer vendor
  • However, they are constantly upgrading and improving the system to make it easier to use.
