Ensure you undergo all the necessary training and work closely with the account setup manager to ensure a smooth and successful setup.

The phone system has an excellent set of features and the Communication center is remarkable in terms of functionality. The account management team provided exceptional assistance during the migration process.

  • The only issue is that it would be great if the company added more features more frequently
  • Also, getting customer support over the phone often results in a long wait in the queue to talk to someone.

JIVE is not recommended

The experience has been terrible. The setup process was difficult, the phone service was unreliable, and attempting to cancel is a nightmare.

  • Trying to cancel is an absolute joke
  • The customer service is incredibly difficult to work with.
