Solution Features

  • Caller ID: This enables users to know the identity of the caller, and reject and route the call as needed.
  • Group Directory: This feature ensures that users can search the corporate directory using the Evolve IP handset.
  • N-way calling: Using the Evolve IP handset, users may perform a three-way call.
  • Overhead Paging: This feature allows businesses to connect and dial into any third-party speaker system to perform tasks such as paging at any location.
  • Privacy: If a user chooses to be private, he can remove himself from the corporate directory. This feature ensures that the user does not receive any unsolicited calls from outside.
  • Call Forward: Users can redirect incoming calls to another phone number. Incoming calls can also be redirected when encountering a busy signal, or when there is no answer after a particular number of rings. Users can also set the feature to push the call to a cell phone if needed.
