My use of zoho is only for meetings. I understand how important the quality of sound and video is when you are having an important but distant meeting. While working with other tools I always had some issues. But with Zoho, my experience is quite outstanding.
It is very easy in use and its simple interface facilitates the ease. I will not claim it to be the best but I consider it to be the easiest. The speed with which it gets connected can beat any better software.
I would like to be additional features added.

Zoom provides perfect meetings. The audio connection is of utmost importance for any virtual meeting and Zoom provides the best quality audio. So, there are no complaints about it.

Occasional disconnecting of screen sharing, audio quality is poor at times.
