It was suggested to me by an IT company for my educational business, and I was intrigued by its capacity to gather data at every turn, from learner assessment and enrollment to continuous parent communication. The customer service was outstanding, and the software is very user-friendly. Customer Care was pleasant, informative, and attentive to my unique question. They eventually found a solution, which gave me the confidence to join up. My only small recommendation is that the platform's visual design might use some polish.

This system is really useful, and I can simply access it thanks to its user-friendly layout. I like how easily the system works, and the integration procedure was flawless. The system's price is also unquestionably advantageous.

Customer service is a bit slow. Customization features are also very limited.

It allows us to tell the ticket number that how much time it takes to entertain his query.

The pop-ups get lost with the use of multiple tabs.
